PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving analytic accuracy of an analytical object cell by excluding an aggregated cell among cells contained in a measurement sample from an analytical object.SOLUTION: A cell analysis method includes: detecting fluorescence and scattered light from each cell contained in a measurement sample containing epithelial cells; outputting a fluorescence signal and a scattered light signal; and discriminating between an aggregated cell in which a plurality of epithelial cells are aggregated and a single epithelial cell, based on a differential integral value and a peak value of a waveform of the outputted fluorescence signal, and a differential integral value and a peak value of a waveform of the outputted scattered light signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
