PURPOSE:To reduce waiting time and to improve processing efficiency by starting file access during the input of a keyword. CONSTITUTION:Spaces of a keyword buffer 8 are cleared prior to a key input and keywords KWs are stored so as to be left-justified in every character. In every time when a keyword KW of 1 digit is inputted, the inputted keyword KW is compared with a keyword KW stored in a page index buffer PI and keywords K11-Km1 also stored in the buffer PI and page numbers (i), (j) are found in the condition Ki1<Kw and Kj1>Kw. After inputting the keyword KW of the whole digits, the data is outputted only when the keyword in the read page is in coincidence with the inputted keyword. |
