In general, an operating device, passing through the ground, includes a caster around the lower surface to move with frictional force between the caster and the ground, and increases energy efficiency by using characteristics of the caster. However, the operating device, using the caster, is not able to pass through stairs. According to the present invention, the operating device is capable of supporting the operating device to enable the device to pass through the stairs, enable the device to move with a controllable speed, also enable the device to stably move while keeping horizontality when going up the stairs, and enable the device to conveniently move by freely performing both elevation and driving when including the caster passing through the ground. The present invention includes: a tag reader; an actuator connected with the tag reader; and a controller receiving stair information, received by the tag reader, reading out the received stair information, and enabling the operating device, including the actuator, to pass through the stairs by making the actuator perform an operation, fixed by a command signal, by delivering the command signal, matched with the read stair information, to the actuator. |
