NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formulaI(A is NH, S, O; R is 1-4C alkyl, lower alkoxy, cyclohexyl; R1 is cyclohexyl, 2-cyclohexenyl, pyran residue) and pharmaceutically permissible acid adducts. EXAMPLE:2-Chloro-9-(tetrahydropyran-2-yl)-9H-adenine. USE:Nonadrenergic bronchodilator: it directly acts on muscles of bronchus to remit their cramp, thus preventing bronchostenosis caused by histamine effectively. Side-effects on heart, blood vessel and central nervous system are reduced. PREPARATION:A compound of formula II (X is Br, F, I, Cl) is made to react with an alkali metal alcoholate of ROM (M is Na or K), preferably in a lower alkaonol to give the compound of formulaI. The compound of formulaIis given to a mammarian needing bronchodilation by about 0.1-20mg/kg weight systemically to develop its effect. |
