PURPOSE:To obtain tilled pipe having light weight and accurate hole shape with a low manufacturing cost from a thin film, by boring a spraying hole on the film from the inside, and then, by forming the pipe into a cylindrical shape by melting and joining thermally. CONSTITUTION:A spraying hole 5 is formed by a punch 4 on a film 2 which has a prescribed width, on which a former 6 is placed, and the second film 7 for joining is placed on the former. Then, the film 1 is bent so that the ends 8 and 8 of the film 1 are almost abutt to join and to end on the second film by heating edge sections 18 and 18 of the film 1 using a heating body 9 to join the film 1 to film 7 by hot welding.
