The treatment of fine solids in fluidised beds requires even charging and distribution of the solid over the entire treatment surface. To this end, the solids are first fed to a vibrating chute (vibrating trough, vibrating conveyor) (4), where the solids bed (6) is loosened and distributed in the horizontal plane by means of vibration. From here, the particles pass through vertical delivery pipes (8) to the upper fluidised-bed layer (1). Delivery itself is achieved by means of an injection stream which is generated by nozzle tubes (9) below the delivery tubes (8). <IMAGE>
