A combined three-phase, gas-insulated busbar is disclosed which includes at least one eddy-current conductor which is used to pass on the eddy current which is produced as a secondary effect by the current which flows through high-voltage conductors, in order to avoid difficulties which arise from a recently observed phenomenon comprising the temperature of an externally sealed housing being increased by the eddy current. This eddy-current conductor consists of a material having good electrical conductivity, for example aluminium or copper. Even if the diameter of the sealed housing is reduced to such an extent that difficulties arise as a consequence of the temperature increase as a result of the eddy current flowing, the intensity of the eddy current can be reduced and, in the most favourable case, it is possible to overcome the eddy current completely so that a sealed housing can be used which is produced from cheap mild steel. <IMAGE>
