PURPOSE:To manufacture molded product having different physical properties within one piece of plastics molded product, by changing the supply ratio of raw material for multicomponent liquid plastics used for a high pressure reaction molding machine during the time from the beginning of raw material supply to the end of supply. CONSTITUTION:According to physical properties required to each part of a molded product, first plastics raw material and second plastics raw material are sent to a plastics mixing apparatus 3, changing the advance velocity of pistons 18a, 18b. When the supply ratio of the first plastics raw material to the second plastics raw material is changed from 100:75 for the first time to 100:100 for the second time, at first the piston 18a is advanced at 100mm./sec, then the piston 18b is advanced at 75mm./sec. When the piston 18a advances 30mm. from a start and comes to the first transfer position, this is detected by the first detector 19a and the piston 18a and the piston 18b are changed both to 100mm./sec. |
