PURPOSE:To enable indication on a staff notation while allowing free composition with visual observation by inputting into a musical data RAM the pitch of a sound and the type of musical notes to be indicated with a sequential movement by operation of individual button switches. CONSTITUTION:This electronic watch has a musical performance function comprising a composition circuit 9, a music generation circuit 28 and a musical note indicator 30b and the like. The composition circuit 9 made up of a musical data RAM11 and a composition input circuit 10. Musical notes sequentially shifting over a staff notation of a musical note indicator 30b are arranged by external control members, namely, the operation button switches 7a-7c and with a rewriting of the contents of the musical data RAM, a composition is performed with ease by visually observing the pitch of musical notes to be indicated on the staff notation and the type thereof thereby enabling the performance of a music composed and the indication thereof on the staff notation. |
