<p>PURPOSE:To completely unify the advanced purification of organic waste liquid with the treatment of sludge, by biologically purifying the organic waste liquid with a biomembrane under an aerobic condition, and adding at least an inorganic flocculant as a chemical agent to outflow slurry from a biological purification step. CONSTITUTION:Outflow water 3 from a purifier 1 using granular solid bacteria is mixed with an inorganic flocculant 20 such as FeCl3, let directly flow into a dehydrator 21 such as a capillary suction-type dehydrator to separate and remove SS, color, COD, phosphoric acid, etc. from the outflow water 3, and separated into dewatered sludge 22 and separated effluent 23. When H2O2 is conjunctly used with a ferric flocculant, the removal of color, COD and phosphorus can be further effectively done, and the water-retaining ratio of the dewatered cake can be lowered at the same time. The dehydrator may be preferably a belt press, a capillary-suction dehydrator using felt or a filter press.</p> |
