PURPOSE:To form a colored film on a transfer film while a high quality pattern is formed on a substrate by repeated operations of dissolving and peeling a pulp paper sheet after a transfer sheet provided with a protective film having an affinity to ink is bonded with an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:After coated with an adhesive 6, both a transfer paper 2 in which a protective film 2a formed with a material having an affinity to an ink layer and an ink is provided on a pulb paper sheet and a substrate 1 are fed between press rolls 4 and 5. Then, a pulp dissolving liquid is applied thereon being fed through a roll brush 10 from a tank 9. The pulp paper sheet is dissolved and peeled off under the raking by a roll brush 11 and washed away with a washing liquid being injected from a spray 12. The substrate completed in the transfer undergoes a transfer again by the same operation. This operation is repeated until a specified density and contrast are attained and then, a paint is sprayed from a spray 13 to form a colored film 23. The dimensions of the product are made uniform to eliminate diviation in the ink layer 21. |
