PURPOSE:To increase reading accuracy, by adding an optical member into an optical path ranging a photodetecting member from a light emitting member to limit the photodetecting angle of the photodetecting member and preventing the incidence of the transmitted diffused light caused by a film. CONSTITUTION:A squint diagram is shown along with an end-face diagram vertical to the film feeding direction. The image of a light emitting element LE is formed substantially on the surface of a photodetector PD through a lens part 2 in front of the element LE, a lens part L'' of a light guide L and a lens part 3 in front of the detector PD. The beam radiated from the element LE is refracted through the lens part 2 and then limited through a hole 4a of the camera body and a hole H of a film F and by a detecting diaphragm A1 to be made incident to an incident part L' of the light guide L. The beam incident to the part L' is converted in its direction by 180 deg. on the reflecting surfaces L''' and L<4>', refracted through the part L'' and then refracted through the part 3 after passing through a light shielding diaphragm A2 and then a hole 4b of the camera body to be made incident to the detector PD. |
