The subject of the invention is a novel sound-insulating element which is capable of drawing heat off from its surrounds and rendering this usable for heating or service-water heating purposes in nearby buildings. This is achieved by closed ducts (1) which are integrated into the cladding of the elements, through which a liquid heat transfer medium passes and which are connected to one another via a distributing line (2) and a collecting line (3). The elements can be connected directly to one another, without costly additional installation, to form large-surface-area systems such as, for example, noise-insulating walls. <IMAGE> |
