PURPOSE:To achieve uniform fixing by a method wherein a foamable adhesive is coated on either the inside surface of an outer pipe or the outside surface of an inner pipe, the inner pipe is inserted into the outer pipe and both the pipes are heated while heating them to foam and cure the adhesive, in adhering the inner pipe to the outer pipe through a foamed material layer. CONSTITUTION:While rotating the outer pipe 1 such as a steel pipe by rolls 21, 21..., the foamable adhesive such as a urethane-based one is coated on the inside peripheral surface of the outer pipe 1 by supplying it through a nozzle 34. After coating, the inner pipe 2 such as a polyvinyl chloride resin pipe is inserted into the pipe 1, and the pipes are rotated at a revolution rate of 50-200rpm for 1- 5min to uniformly disperse the adhesive. Then, a hot-water shower heat 63 is moved to foam and cure the adhesive by heating. |
