PURPOSE:To enhance light receiving efficiency and to reduce power consumption, by forming thin belt shaped P-N junction surfaces which perform photoelectric transducing on a second optical grating which is provided so as to face a first optical grating at a constant pitch. CONSTITUTION:The light from a light emitting device 18 passes the first optical grating 10 and reaches the second optical grating 12. On a substrate 26 of the second optical grating 12, an amorphous, N type semiconductor layer 28 forming a photodiode group and P type semiconductor layers 34 are formed, and the photoelectric transducing is performed. On the N type semiconductor layer 28, oxide films 30 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the optical grating 12 and act as a light shielding part. |
