发明名称 CONNECTING METHOD OF FE RADICAL AND CU RADICAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To execute seaming which is high in both connecting strength and creep strength, by providing an intermediate material between an Fe radical member and a Cu radical member, melting it, and discharging the intermediate material by pressure. CONSTITUTION:A Pb radical is selected as an intemediate material, is placed between an Fe plate and a Cu plate, a flux is applied, and high frequency induction heating is performed. At the time point when the intrmediate material has been melted, heating is halted by putting pressure between the seams. When pressure is put on, the intermediate material which does not form an alloy layer with a material to be seamed is discharged, and on a thin intermediate layer which has formed an alloy layer with the material to be seamed, Fe and Cu which are materials to be seamed are diffused and form a high melting point composite, and tension strength and creep rupture strength of the seaming part are elevated.
