Disclosed are an integrated value-added service system and method supporting multi-service integration. The system comprises: a public transaction processing subsystem, configured to process common public transactions of various services; several service subsystems, each service subsystem corresponding to a service, and each service subsystem being configured to process particular transactions in the corresponding service thereof. The public transaction processing subsystem comprises a unified operation maintenance unit, configured to provide unified operation and maintenance for the service subsystems. The present invention extracts common parts of different service systems, so as to provide multiple service platforms with unified maintenance measures such as unified configuration, unified management, unified charging, and unified log and report unit, thereby effectively reducing the development cost and deployment cost, reducing the development period, achieving overall reduction of costs with respect to hardware, software and operation and maintenance, and achieving the objective of reducing CAPEX and OPEX.
