<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a terminal wiring and to form a high-reliable dew condensation sensor circuit, by a method wherein a dew condensation sensor element part and a circuit around the element part are monolithically formed on a ceramic substrate by a thick film system. CONSTITUTION:One type of precious metals, for example, palladium silver, prints a conductive paste, whose main component is glass frit, on a ceramic substrate 1, and the resultnat work is burned at 500-1,000 deg.C thereafer to form electrode patterns 6a and 6b. Then, ruthenium oxide prints a resistance paste whose main component is glass frit, and the work is burned at 500-1,000 deg.C to form resistance patterns 7, 7a, and 7b. The resistance patterns 7a and 7b form a dew condensation sensor element part. The dew condensation element part is wired to a surrounding circuit in which components, such as a switching transistor 10 for switching and a noise-absorbing capacity 9, are installed to form a dew condensation circuit.</p> |
