PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a program operation before acceleration of a vibration generator, by denoting the relarion between a set position of a vibration level setter and an output by a hyperbolic function in a single vibration leve setting circuit and denoting the relation between the set position and the vibration level by a linear function in a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:An input and an output voltage of a vibration level setting circuit A of constitution as shown in figure used for an automatic vibration controller are denoted by e1 and e2, a resistance value of a vibration level setter 22 is denoted by KR, a feedback resistor is denoted by r, and the relation between the e1 and the e2 is denoted by equationI, and the relation of the setter set position and the e2 in a single circuit is denoted by a hyperbolic function. In the operation within a closed control circuit, the input e1 is made proportional to the vibration level, and the e2 is made constant so that the set position of the setter and the control vibration level e1 can be a linear function, as shown in equation II. Thus, a scale of equal interval is given to a set dial of a conventional potentiometer, allowing to match the setter memory and the vibration level, and a program operation changeover switch is omitted and the operator is releases from a complicated program operation. |
