PURPOSE:To realize a stabilized power supply device having a low level of power consumption, by adding a thyristor and a voltage detecting circuit to a circuit in which a capacitor and a diode are connected across an AC power supply an then another capacitor and diode are connected across the first- mentioned diode respectively. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 4 and a diode 2 are connected across an AC power supply 1, and a diode 3 and a capacitor 5 are connected across the diode 2 respectively. A thyristor 6 is connected across the diode 2, and a Zener diode 7 doubling a voltage detecting circuit is connected between the gate of the thyristor 6 and the capacitor 5. When the both-end voltage of the capacitor 5 exceeds the Zener voltage of the diode 7, the thyristor 6 conducts to discontinue the charging to the capacitor 5. As a result, the both-end voltage of the capacitor 5 is set at a constant level. In such way, the elements having a small amount of power consumption are used to constitute a stabilized power supply device having a low level of power consumption. |
