摘要 <p>A capacitive transducer for measuring characteristics of aerosol flows has an associated device for remote measurement of these characteristics. It ensures rapid operation without contact, resistance to mechanical influences, simple construction, low energy consumption and high reliability under production conditions. The transducer contains potential electrodes with intermediate null electrodes attached to the exterior of a dielectric bush divided up by helical gaps to form the capacitor. An additional plate electrode (7) forms a compensation capacitor with a potential electrode. It is carried on a ring of the same material as the bush (4). The ratio of the areas of the auxiliary and potential electrodes is at least 0.01 for a ratio of dielectric coating thickness of the compensation capacitor of no more than 2.</p>
