PURPOSE:To prevent the mixing of fluids and improve the heat exchanging efficiency of the heat exchanger by a method wherein respective block bodies are secured so as not to produce any change in the radial directions thereof due to differences in the thermal expansions thereof and a clearance between the block body and a partition in the housing thereof is narrowed. CONSTITUTION:Even if the rotor 10 is heated to a high temperature in accompanied with the flow of a high temperature gas, the block bodies 11 and band boards 17 are expanded by heat and the band boards 17 are expanded in larger scales than the block bodies 11 due to the difference of thermal expansion coefficients, the band boards 17 are slided without giving any trouble to the fixing bolts 15 thereof due to relations between long holes 18 for the band board 17 and the fixing bolts therefor, clearances caused by the thermal expansions thereof are absorbed and the block bodies 11 are held surely without changing the dimensions in the radial directions of the band boards 17 by a constitution wherein the band boards 17 are split and each of them are so arranged as not interfer each other in the peripheral directions thereof. On the other and, a part of low-temperature air is made to act on the fixing bolts 15 and the strip boards 17 from rectangular holes 14 through internal passages 21 and thereby reducing the thermal expansions thereof. |
