PURPOSE:To obtain the hybrid type transducer in which an electric energy and a heat energy are obtained simultaneously by a method wherein a selective absorption film or a black film is formed on the collector electrode of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION:The transducer is formed by providing a plurality of the solar cells 5 in parallel on a heat collecting member 4 while the neighboring cells 5 are connected in series by connecting electrodes 12. The selective absorption film or the black film 11 is formed on the collector electrode 10 and the connecting electrodes 12 of these solar cells 5 to increase the absorption of the solar beam and improve the collection of the solar heat. ON the other hand, the solar beam is transformed into electricity by the solar cells 5 and the electricity is led out from a lead wire 13 while the heat absorbed by the selective absorption film or the black film 11 is delivered to the heat collecting member 4 to heat a heat medium flowing through a heat collecting pipe 3. |
