PURPOSE:To make decoration effectively by forming an indication section of letters or pictures on a glass surface or others by means of printing ink that hardens by ultra-violet rays and making brilliant metallic transfer by means of hot stamping before the ink hardens, and then by complete hardening of the ink. CONSTITUTION:Printing ink of non-solvent type and of the type hardenable by ultra-violet rays that consists mainly of ingredient multifunctional acrylate is used on the surface of an object (for example, glassware, plastic product, etc.) to be decorated that is transparent or transparent with color to form a projected indication section such as a letter, picture, etc. Then ultra-violet rays are irradiated on the indication section to make the ink half-hardened. Next a hot-stamping foil is applied on the indication section and the foil is pressed by a heating roller to form metallic brilliant transfer with gold or silver or other colors. This transfer section is then irradiated by ultra-violet rays from the back side to harden the ink completely. EFFECT:No cloudiness nor crack develops in the metallic prints. |
