摘要 |
PURPOSE:To make the thickness of a piezo-electric element thin and reduce oscillation frequency down to the low band out of a voice band by forming the film of the piezo-electric element by printing or applying paste containing selamic piezo-electric particles directly on a conductive diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:Paste prepared by mixing and dispersing 30-95wt% piezo-electric ceramic psrticles such as barium titanate and a macromolecule material such as nylon resin is printed or applied on/to a conductive diaphragm 1 to obtain a piezo-electric element film 2. An electrode 3 is prepared by evaporating a metallic film such as alminium or printing or applying conductive paint on/to the composite piezo-electric element 2. The DC voltage is applied to the diaphragm on which the composite piezo-electric element 2 has been printed or applied in the temperature atmosphare of 50-200 deg.C by 0.5-1.5kV per 100mum piezo-electric element. |
