PURPOSE:To enable adjustment of peak value even in the case of single pulse by leading most of power that passed a half mirror to a light delay circuit, and leading it to a transmitted light regulator and adjusting after delay of a specified time. CONSTITUTION:A part of a laser beam 2 incident upon a control section 16a that includes a laser pulse delay circuit is transmitted by a half mirror and most part of it is reflected. The reflected laser beam is reflected successively by total reflecting mirrors 17a-17n and, after lapse of a specified time, led to a transmitted light regulator 12. On the other hand, laser output of a part of laser beam that passed the half mirror 9 is measured in an output detector 10. The signal is sent to a control section 11 and processed, and a signal for adjusting the laser output to a specified value is sent to a transmitted light regulator 12. After that, the laser beam is projected, and laser beam of specified intensity passes while others are reflected and absorbed by an absorbing cone 15. |
