PURPOSE:To manufacture tape which does not include the air and is free from disorder of metal wire arrangement and uneven thickness of resin layer, by using crosslinked film, putting arranged metal wires between and fusion-bonding it between elastic rolls. CONSTITUTION:Crosslinked films 2, 2' which are obtained by crosslinking the polyolefine type resin of polyethylene, polypropylene or ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer etc. are supplied from film rolls 1, 1', preheated by preheating rolls 5, 5' with built-in heating sources and wound on pushing elastic rolls 6, 6'. And metal wires arranged through the grooves of arranging rolls 18, 18' from many winding reels 3 of the metal wire are supplied under strained state between the preheated crosslinked films, then those are inserted between the heated pushing elastic rolls and fusion-bonded each other at he temperature ca. 20-120 deg.C higher than the melting point of the uncrosslinked film resin, cooled by the cooling rolls 7, 8, 9. |
