PURPOSE:To move incombustibles without fail to the exhaust hole in the titled fluid bed having an exhaust hole for incombustibles in its control part by enlarging diffusion holes in the furnace center part on a waste dumping zone and strengthening the rising flow on the central part in said fluid bed. CONSTITUTION:The diameter of the diffusion hole 22 in the waste dumping zone X is decreased stepwise from the furnace center toward the external periphery part. Accordingly, the air speed in a small zone X1 on the furnace center side becomes large, the rising speed v1 on the furnace center side of the fluid bed 30b becomes large, states of condensation and rarefaction occure in a radial direction of the lower part of the fluid bed 30b and the speed component at which quartz sand 20 shown by the arrow Z goes to the center of the furnace is added to the fluid bed 30b. Accordingly, incombustibles 31a deposited at the bottom of the fluid bed 30b whirl spirally the furnace center, are moved firmly in a radial direction toward the furnace center in the waste dumping zone X and exhausted to the exhaust hole 5 of incombustibles. |
