PURPOSE:In a device for separating segments of citrus fruits one by one into juice sacs, to enable continuous operation, by using a cylindrical separating net, sending continuously admixtures to one end of the net. CONSTITUTION:When the segments of mandarins, etc. are fed from the feed opening 11 to the cylindrical net 1, sent to the left side by the drive screw 2 with the revolution of the cylindrical net 1 while being half floating state in water. When a water flow is jetted by the jet flow pipe 6 from the upper part, the segments are separated one by one into juice sacs, and the separated juice scaces are immediately transported through the meshes of the net to the water tank 5. In the operation, the residuary substances such as seeds, carpel walls, etc. are accumulated on the left side of the cylindrical net 1 by the drive screw 2, and discharged continuously to the container 10 by the blades 8. |
