The shuttering element comprises two part-elements, one of which can be displaced vertically in the other and can be fixed at a determined height. The two part-elements comprise vertical longitudinal load-bearing members and at least one fixedly attached pair of transverse load-bearing members, it being possible to attach, in a releasable manner, additional pairs of transverse load-bearing members on the extensible part-element, in dependence on the extended height thereof. The pairs of transverse load-bearing elements are also used at the same time to fasten turnbuckles for attaching clamping bolts.
