PURPOSE:To provide a vibro-isolation effect through a wide range of vibration frequency by converting vibration of a pipe system into revolutional vibration of a ball screw shaft and damping the vibration by means of a spring which is disposed at the end of the ball screw and a governor equipped with a damper. CONSTITUTION:A ball nut 1 is fixed to a fitting member 4 via a load column 3 and makes a linear motion along a guide rod 6 of a cylinder 7 without turning motion. A pendulum governor 14 which consists of a sleeve 12, links 13 and weights 14, a spring 16 and a damper 17 are fit to a round shaft linked to the end of the ball screw shaft 2. Linear vibration of a pipe or so is converted into revolutional vibration of the ball screw shaft 2 via a ball nut 1 and a mass of a pipe system is increased according to an inertia moment of the weight 14 or so of the governor 15, thereby providing a vibro-isolation effect. |
