PURPOSE:To acquire many moving bodies adequately and automatically by scanning a prescribed area with radars installed at two different spots. CONSTITUTION:Distance and azimuth signals RA and thetaA, and RB and thetaB obtained by scanning a prescribed area by radars 1 and 2 installed at two different ground positions are applied as target detection signals through a gate checking circuit 4 controlled by a gate generating circuit 5 to be displayed on a display device 6. The system which uses those two radars separately acquires even a small ship, etc., behind a large ship, etc., to automatically acquire and clearly display many moving bodies, such as ships, adequately. |
