PURPOSE:To semiconductor maintain the functions of a rotation control device in a simple structure by reliably bringing a finger portion into engagement with a hooked portion. CONSTITUTION:While a male screw member 14 and a female screw member 15 are locked, a rising portion 30a of a finger portion 30 is about to be bent by large external force acted by a collar portion 17, but a bending portion 30b is brought into contact with the inside of a ring 19 to support the rising portion 30a at this portion not to be bent. The bending portion 30b is also adapted to receive the large external force acted by the collar portion 17 so as to reduce the external force acted upon the rising portion 30a, whereby the rising portion 30a is prevented from bending. |
