PURPOSE:To intend the simplification of coil winding work to enhance the reliability of a product, by forming shrinkages on the starting and ending terminals of coil winding. CONSTITUTION:Two pairs of terminal bases 23, 24 are formed on the outside edge of a flange 2 unitarily formed with a bobbin 1, and a plug receiver 61 formed on the upper side of a terminal metal fitting is pressed fit in the terminal bases 23, 24 by a pull-raise piece 61a formed on a part of each base. Besides terminal pieces 62 on the upper side are respectively erected on one side of the terminal bases 23, 24. A notched groove 25 is formed from the bobbin 1 of the flange 2 to one side terminal base 23 with a projection 26 formed on the flange close to the other terminal base 24. The drawing-out terminal to start coil 4 winding is wound up around the terminal piece 62 of a metal fitting 6 pressed fit to the terminal 23, and the coil 4 is wound up around the bobbin 1 via the notched groove 25 by required turns. Thus, the terminal of the coil 4 wound up around the bobbin 1 is drawn out via the lower side of the projection 26 of the flange 2, and the drawing-out terminal is led to the fitting 6 loaded on the terminal base 24 being wound up around the terminal piece 62 for the simplification of coil winding work. |
