<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compact apparatus provided with a mold heating device in a center position, mold cooling devices at both side, resin coating device outside the cooling device, a moving table for horizontally moving the mold and a fiber mat feeding device and operating each device individually at the same time. CONSTITUTION:In a packing apparatus of automotive mat, zone Z is center position provided with a mold heating device and zones B and C comprising mold cooling devices 30, 30 at both sides of zone A are installed and a resin coating device 50 outside said both zone, a mobile table 40 capable of exchangeably attaching a mold formed into a shape covering upper face of said heating device 20 and either one cooling device 30 and horizontally reciprocating on the device of zone A, B or C, a fiber mat device 70 for pressing the mat on resin 14 of said table and a deairing device 60 for filling the resin 14 applied on the mold by the resin coating device 50 into the mold are equipped to form a packing apparatus 11 capable of operating each device at the same time according to the purpose. Such arrangement of the devices makes the apparatus compact and improves productivity in a small space.</p> |
