<p>PURPOSE:To control property and viscosity changes due to putrefaction and freezing in the cold season, by using a pigment, an extender pigment and an aq. polymer as main components and adding specified amounts of a surfactant, a dispersant, a plasticizer and a softener and other additives thereto. CONSTITUTION:A pigment, an extender pigment and an aq. polymer are used as main components. As additives, a surfactant, a dispersant, a plasticizer and a softener are used in an amount of 20% or less based on the combined amount of the effective components of the main components. Further, in order to stabilize a soln., other additives such as a pH adjustor, an anti-gelling agent, a viscosity modifier, an antiseptic and a foam stabilizer are used in an amount of 15% or less based on the combined amount of the effective components of the main components. In the above compsn., said polymer and said extender pigment are used in combination to prevent blotting. A polymer which is well compatible with a vehicle for the pigment, is chosen to inhibit settling, separation and changes in viscosity, taking a pH into consideration. Further, the polymer is used in combination with an appropriate dispersant.</p> |
