PURPOSE:To achieve uniform mixing of raw materials in a short time and conduct cleaning after the mixing process with a pressurized gas by developing a circulating flow of the pressurized gas from a mixing room and mixing liquid raw materials by means of this circulating flow. CONSTITUTION:A gas injection opening 17 is provided which extends substantially tangentially on the circumferential wall of a tube body 13 and points to the discharge outlet 15 at the tip of the tube 13, and compressed air and a gaseous foaming agent are injected in whirlpool into a mixing chamber 14 from an air chamber 16 through a gas injection opening 17. A liquid raw material that flows out downwards to the direction of axis of the mixing chamber 14 in the direction as shown by the marks A and B from the nozzles 3 and 3 of supply opening 1 and 1 is mixed with a gas injected in whirlpool as shown by the arrow mark C from the gas injection opening 17. The mixing is effected between the raw material and the gas in their circular motion and the mixture is discharged from the discharge outlet 15 into a forming device. |
