发明名称 DIGITAL FREQUENCY METER
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain a frequency meter with a constant statistical deviation by a construction wherein a time constant of a computer for integrating measured pulses during a sampling time is set in inverse proportion to frequency in a digital frequency meter used for a radiation monitoring device. CONSTITUTION:Measured pulses are integrated by a counter 4 during a sampling time and the result of integration is input to a computer 3. A block 21 denotes data Fin which has been integrated by the ounter 4 during the current sampling time and then input to the computer 3. In a block 24 is obtained the product Fb of frequency output obtained through the repeated samplings until the previous sampling and the sampling time. In a block 22, integrated algebraically differences between the data Fin and Fb with the polarities as illustrated are obtained thereby to obtain an integrated value C. In a block 23 is performed the illustrated operation using two predetermined constants m, r and the integrated value C thereby to obtain the frequency resulted from the current sampling. By so doing, it becomes possible to obtain a frequency meter in which a statistic deviation is constant and frequency output is varied continuously.
