PURPOSE:To increase the space factor of winding, to improve the working property of winding and to eliminate the loss of a core by inserting a rolled core to the center of a round bobbin and incorporating a L-shaped or a U-shaped laminated core to the outer circumference of the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:The rolled core 9 wound in a rolled shape is incorporated into the round bobbin. The L-shaped cores 16, 17 are incorporated to the outer circumference of the round bobbin on which winding is wound. The space factor of the winding is increased because tension at the time of the winding of winding 14, 15 is applied uniformly by using the round bobbin. The L-shaped cores 16, 17 are advantageous in the aspect of the material cost because they can be punched from a hoop material without loss. |
