Cask transporting grapes under vacuum - has sealed cover, combined compressor - exhauster and helicoidal emptying screw

The cask (10) is for transporting grapes under vacuum. It has a hopper (12) which seals hermetically for filling with grapes from other hoppers. In the base of the cask is a longitudinal helicoidal screw (26) to ensure emptying directly into the press. There is a combined compressor/exhauster (20). This provides the vacuum in the cask for transport and also air pressure to help the work of the helicoidal screw. The hopper lid is controlled by rams. There is a filter (22) between the compressor/exhauster and the cask and also an outlet valve (28).
