PURPOSE:To obtain a reproducibility upon re-assembling of the divided part of a large-sized component by a method wherein a guide piece is welded and fixed to a divided piece under a condition that the guide piece of the divided piece is aligned to a groove for the guide piece. CONSTITUTION:The divided pieces 1, 2 are assembled by clamping them with clamping bolts. The guide piece 8a, the width of which is coincided with the width of the groove therefor accurately in the radial direction thereof, the length of which is shorter compared with the same of the groove in the up-and-down direction thereof, and the thickness of which is slightly thinner compared with the depth of the groove, is inserted into the groove 7a for the guide piece. Further, the guide piece 8b is inserted into the groove 7b for the guide piece. Next, the guide piece 8a is welded to the divided piece 1 at a place 9a and the guide piece 8b is welded to the divided piece 1 at the place 9b to fix them thereto, therefore, the reproducibility upon the re-assembling of the divided part of the large-sized component may be obtained. |
