Hose for the protection of flexible connection lines, the members of which, set such that they can rotate with respect to one another, are formed by bows (1) of rectangular profile and are connected to one another by means of connecting elements. Each member contains a bow (1), whose ends and edges (5), which adjoin the base (1) of the neighbouring members, are bent off into the interior of the hose. The connecting elements are likewise designed in the form of bows (2), the sides (6) of which taper at the ends and the edges (7) of which are bent off to the outside of the hose and, when the hose is bent, are in engagement with the bent-off edges (5) of the bows (1) of the members. In this arrangement, a flexible strip (4) is placed onto the bent-off ends (3) of the bows (1) of the members. The bows (2) of the connecting elements are supported on the flexible strip (4) by means of their ends. <IMAGE>
