A device for producing concrete and vacuum-concrete slabs possesses a mobile vibrating beam having rollers, capable of being set on rails, on opposite sides. These rollers are attached to pivotable arms. By pivoting these arms, the height of the rollers and hence the height of the vibrating beam can be continuously adjusted. Furthermore, a vacuum pump with horizontal suction chamber and outlet chamber is present. The chambers are closed by a common inspection cover and can be cleaned, in practice, when the cover is removed. A smoothing tool can be coupled in a simple way to a grinding wheel and thus permits working with smoothing wings or with the grinding wheel.
