发明名称 INK RIBBON DRIVING MECHANISM FOR PRINTER
摘要 PURPOSE:To positively move a broad ink ribbon from the rest position to the printing position by connecting to a ribbon arm a follower member capable of selecting four kinds of selection positions always in contact with a pair of eccentric cam members. CONSTITUTION:With the first key operation, a second solenoid 39 is excited and a driven gear 26 turns by 180 deg. engaging a drive gear 22. Consequently, a second cam 30 turns by 180 deg. and the maximum diameter section 30a thereof is turned so downward that a follower member 43 is placed at the position II, where an ink ribbon 11 is moved upward to have the lowest printing area facing a printing surface. Under such a condition, a printing is done and the ribbon is fed by 1/3 of a character. Then, with the second key operation, first and second solenoids 38 and 39 are excited and the first and second cams 29 and 30 turn by 180 deg. respectively so that the follower member 43 is placed at the position III. With the third key operation, the second solenoid 39 and with the fourth key operation, the first solenoid 38 is excited respectively and sequentially, the follower member 43 is moved to the positions IV and II.
