PURPOSE:To prevent electrification and dust collection of the base plate, by sending ionized air to the mold part for removing static charge in case of molding the plastics base plate for an optical disk. CONSTITUTION:The molds 6, 7 are clamped and resin is injected in the cavity 7a from the cylinder 8. Then, the mobile mold 7 is parted from the fixed mold 6 and the product is taken out from the cavity 7a. The plastic base plate is electrified by the static charge formed during taking out the product, then ionized air for removing static charge which blows from the static charge remover 10 removes the charge. |
