<p>The present invention provides a drawplate for producing different types of hollow fresh pasta, of the type which can be associated with conventional extrusion machine by means of a threaded ring, and comprising a first disk-shaped element having solid bodies of circular cross section extending from one face thereof and a second disk-shaped element having holes into which solid bodies of the first disk-shaped element are accommodated, the first disk-shaped element having circular holes coaxial with said solid bodies, of diameter larger than that of the solid bodies, the solid bodies being located relative to each hole by supporting ribs connected to the base of holes of the first disk-shaped element.</p> |
