PURPOSE:To control laser output simply and easily for laser welding, laser annealing, etc., and to automate the process by mounting a plurality of mechanical shutters into the resonance optical path of a laser resonator. CONSTITUTION:The mechanical shutters 4, 5 opening and closing the resonance optical path of the laser resonator in the vertical direction are disposed into the resonance optical path of the laser resonator in which laser resonator mirror 2, 3 are arranged at both ends of an assembly 1 containing a laser oscillating medium, an exciting lamp and a condenser. The opening and closing and their order of the shutters are controlled by a controlling power supply 7 connected to the shutters, laser output is adjusted, seam welding, laser annealing, etc. by a laser are controlled, and the process is automated. |
