PURPOSE:To increase the heat conductivity of a pipe used for HEAT exchanging utilizing geothermal heat in a horticultural house, by molding the pipe by admixing powder or fine particles of a metal such as iron to a raw material of a synthetic resin, and then polymerizing the same with application of heat and agitation. CONSTITUTION:A raw material of a synthetic resin and fine particles of iron, copper or the like of a volume smaller than 50% of the volume of the raw material are put into a hopper 2A of a screw type injection molding machine 2, which agitates the mixture of the raw material and metal powder at a high speed by means of an agitating screw 2B and then molds it by way of extrusion. By employing such a method, it is enabled to caue chain polymerization of the raw material and the metal powder, to increase the density of intermolecular crosslinkage, and to enhance the stereoregularity of molecules. Since the metal powder is admixed and distributed uniformly in the raw material, heat conductivity of the pipe thus manufactured can be raised. |
