PURPOSE:To form the projection and the body by one process by using a die provided in the bottom part with a pass that has a hole of the same size with desired projection, inserting an Al material provided in an end face with a projection similar in shape with, but slightly smaller than, the hole of the die into the pass, and press forming by the punch. CONSTITUTION:In forming a product 1 having a projection 3 which is in a body with the body 2 on an end face using an Al material 1', a hole 7 which is the same size with the projection 3 of the product 1 is formed on the bottom of a pass of a die 4. Next, a projection 3' similar in shape with but slightly smaller than the hole 7 of the die 4 is made on an end face of the Al material 1', and the projection 3' is inserted into the hole 7 of the pass 6 and the Al material 1' is attached to the pass 6. Then, press forming is made by the punch 5. |
