PURPOSE:To make it possible to record automatically without manual operation high speed noise wave shapes by prohibiting write-in to a memory circuit and starting read-out when a required high frequency component is sensed. CONSTITUTION:An input voltage from, for instance, electric power line, etc. is always written in an IC memory 15 through an input terminal 1, attenuator circuit 2, A/D conversion circuit 4 and write-ing gate 17 and always data for a certain time is stored. When noise is input and the output of a bypass filter 3 goes over a trigger level of a set circuit 5, a level sensitive circuit 6 issues the starting signal. By this a control circuit 7 closes a write-in gate 17 after a specified delay and at the same time opens a read-out gate 19 and records succesively the content in the IC memory 15 in a recorder 24 through a D/A converter 22, and also at the same time the peak value of the noise wave shape is sensed at a peak sensitive circuit 9, and the peak value information is recorded with the time information on a recorder 24. |
